EA Sports has revealed the FIFA 20 Top 100 player ratings, finally disclosing the statistics for the highest-rated players for this year’s edition. Unsurprisingly, Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo come out on top, leading a roster of world-class soccer players.

FC Barcelona star Lionel Messi is the highest rated player in FIFA 20, with an overall rating of 94. Juventus player Ronaldo is number two with a rating of 93, although FIFA 20 players will see him representing the colors of Piemonte Calcio in this edition. This happens in the wake of a partnership between Juventus and Konami for PES 2020, leaving FIFA 20 trailing behind.

Still, the FIFA 20 top 10 includes some of the most talented soccer players in the world. Besides Messi and Ronaldo, there is also Brazilian star Neymar, latest Real Madrid signing Eden Hazard, and Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah. The rest of the top ten includes Kevin De Bruyne, Jan Oblak, Virgil Van Dijk, Luka Modrić, and Marc-André ter Stegen.
Most players come from the La Liga and Premier League, widely considered by sports fans as the two major soccer leagues. Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, and Manchester City are some of the clubs that include the most talent among their ranks.
FIFA 20’s latest trailer featured Raheem Sterling, but he isn’t one of the best rated players in the game. He ranks in the 24th position, with an overall score of 88. Still, Sterling did a lot better than the up-and-coming Portuguese prodigy, João Félix, the latest record-breaking signing by Spanish club Atlético de Madrid.
Félix was transferred from Benfica to Atlético for €126 million (roughly $142.1M USD), becoming one of the biggest transfers of the season. However, he doesn’t feature in FIFA 20’s Top 100 player ratings, despite showing his set of skills in the trailer. Apparently, he will be rated 80, but that is yet to be officially confirmed.
