According to Anime News Network, which translated the official Psycho-Pass announcement, Psycho-Pass season 3 will air first on Fuji TV’s Noitaminima programming block. If you’ve got access, you can watch it there. Expect new episodes to be released each week. With the first two seasons each containing 11 episodes, it’s expected that season 3 will also have 11 episodes. Tune in each week to check them out!

If you’re unable to watch on Fuji TV, then the usual go-tos like Crunchyroll and Funimation would be the next places to go. However, despite it hosting Psycho-Pass in the past, the show is no longer available on Crunchyroll. Funimation, on the other hand, should have Psycho-Pass 3 available.
