Phineas Welles – Piotr Michael

NPC Phineas Welles’ voice actor is Piotr Michael. Michael has appeared in a variety of TV shows and video games, including Family Guy, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Doom (2016), and Rage 2. Michael also played Viktor Reznov, the Russian squad leader from Call of Duty: World at War, in his Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout mode appearance.

Parvati – Ashley Burch

Companion character Parvati is played by Ashley Burch. Burch played protagonist Aloy in Guerrilla Games’ Horizon: Zero Dawn and as Chloe in Life Is Strange. In addition to these major video game roles, Burch has played characters in many animated TV series. Burch provided the English voice for Attack on Titan character Sasha Braus from 2013 to 2019, played the Rutile Twins in Steven Universe, and portrayed several characters in Adventure Time.

Vicar Max – Dave Mitchell

Companion character Vicar Max is played by Dave Mitchell, who has provided voices for many video games and TV shows since 2001. Mitchell has played characters such as Fire Emblem: Three Houses’ Alois, Knuckles in Team Sonic Racing and Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, and Geras and Sektor in Mortal Kombat 11. Mitchell has also provided voices for games such as Spider-Man, God of War, and NieR: Automata.

Ellie – Victoria Sanchez

Companion character Ellie’s voice actor is Victoria Sanchez. Sanchez has appeared in an Obsidian game before, playing Walla in Pillars of Eternity 2: Deadfire. Sanchez has been acting since she was a child in 1980. She’s since appeared in games such as Splinter Cell: Conviction and Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, as well as TV series like the 2018 Amazon Original Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan.

Nyoka – Mara Junot

Mara Junot, who plays companion character Nyoka, has portrayed many video game characters since 2004. Junot recently played Sindel in Mortal Kombat 11 and Storm in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, and she provided the voices for World of Warcraft’s Alleria Windrunner and League of Legends’ Evelynn. She’s also appeared in Far Cry 5, Rage 2, and Fortnite.

SAM – Bruce Dinsmore

Acting since 1994, companion character SAM’s voice actor, Bruce Dinsmore, has appeared in games such as Assassin’s Creed 3, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, and Far Cry 4. Arguably his most famous role, however, is as the voice of the rabbit Binky Barnes in the children’s TV series Arthur.

Graham Bryant – Roger Craig Smith

NPC Graham Bryant’s voice actor, Roger Craig Smith, is one of the more prolific voice actors of The Outer Worlds’ casts, appearing in many video games and animated series. He’s regularly played Captain America in Marvel games and TV shows and has played Sonic the Hedgehog across mediums for many years. He also voiced protagonist Ezio Auditore in Assassin’s Creed 2, Brotherhood, and Revelations, and he played Batman in Batman: Arkham Origins.
