Previously, the only way you could unlock Bloodhound’s Heirloom Set was by purchasing it during the Iron Crown Event, after you completed the Iron Crown Collection. Since that came to an end a while ago, however, Bloodhound’s Heirloom Set has been available to unlock via Apex Packs. Unfortunately, it’s rather unlikely that you will unlock an Heirloom Set via Apex Packs, as the chances of doing so are one in 500. This does mean that at least every 500 Apex Packs, you are guaranteed one Heirloom Set unlock.
Given that Wraith’s Heirloom Set is also available to unlock through Apex Packs, however, the odds of unlocking Bloodhound’s Axe via Apex Packs are increased. If you already own the Wraith Heirloom Set, however, the odds of finding Bloodhound’s Set are normal again, it seems.
