Temtem has been widely likened to and even outright referenced as a “Pokemon MMO.” Of course, one of the major benefits therein is that players can enjoy the campaign cooperatively alongside friends, which is something that the mainline Pokemon games — including the recent Sword and Shield — don’t offer. Unfortunately, with Temtem currently being in Steam Early Access, playing in this manner can cause a few problems at the time of writing. Try not to worry too much if you’ve encountered the Temtem co-op stuck bug, though, as there is hope for the continued health of your save file.
How to fix Temtem co-op stuck glitch
When playing Temtem in co-op, unfortunately, it’s possible to become stuck and totally unable to progress in a couple of ways. The first is by utilizing the co-op teleport feature introduced in Temtem update 0.5.9, while the second can occur seemingly at random during a cooperative battle.
Temtem developer Crema is fully aware of both issues and is currently “trying to fix” them. Never a studio to rest on its laurels, however, until the problem is identified and a fix implemented via a future update, it’s possible to contact Crema and have them manually resolve the problem for you.

- Login to your email account
- Compose a new message addressed to Temtem developer Crema:
- Type “Co-op stuck” in the subject line
- In the body of the email, include your Temtem Tamer ID and explain your issue

Alternatively, you can also provide your Tamer ID and details of the problem you’re encountering in this official Temtem forum thread.
If you wait patiently, the Temtem developers should resolve your issue manually, as stated in the tweet below.
Please note that being stuck in a battle while in co-op is a different bug and you don't need to send us an email for that problem.
We're trying to fix it, but in the meantime, you can post your IDs here and we will set you free manually: https://t.co/CZ2XEb5Z9G
