METAL SLUG DEFENSE iPhone Cheats

Tips and Tricks

The basic soldier is very good, and the strong axe men are vital when it comes to shutting down an enemy generator, usually located at the end of each stage. Don't forget about the backpack-carrying people in the lower left corner, either - tapping them will generate more medals.

Do not forget that in-between rounds, you'll be able to use medals to upgrade your offensive and defensive tools so you're ready for each round that comes your way.

Your soldiers automatically attack with their most basic weapon but once they light up in blue flames, you can tap them for a stronger secondary technique, such as grenades or machine guns. Keep an eye out for these indicators when they appear.

If you get enough good attacks in a round, you'll have access to a Metal Slug, which rampages through the stage and runs over everyone in its path.

Always upgrade your AP generator first since it will speeds up the number of points given to you, making it easier to assign soldiers, collect medals and win.

Rescuing P.O.W.s is a great way to earn extra medals and other bonuses for use in your camp. They're usually tied up and stationary, and easy to spot. Send a soldier to free him and you'll reap the rewards once the stage ends.
