Last Epoch Arena Key of Memory Location and Use

The Key of Memory unlocks a head start in the Arena in the Last Epoch. The Arena is a challenging endgame activity that tests your character’s strength and build efficiency. But what if you could bypass the initial waves and jump right into the heart of the action? That’s where the Arena Key of Memory comes in.

Where to get the Arena Key of Memory in Last Epoch

While regular Arena Keys can be found throughout the game, the Arena Key of Memory is a rarer variant in Last Epoch. You can acquire it as a reward from special empowered timelines within the Monolith of Fate, another challenging endgame system.

What Does the Arena Key of Memory Do?

This special key grants you a significant advantage in the Endless Arena. When you use it to enter, you won’t start from scratch. Instead, you’ll begin at a higher wave number, giving you a head start on climbing the leaderboards.

There are two ways the Arena Key of Memory determines your starting point:

  • Half your previous run (rounded up): If you had a successful Endless Arena run before, the key will remember your progress. It will start you at half the number of waves you previously reached, rounded up to the nearest ten.
  • Minimum wave 100: Even if you’re new to the Endless Arena, the Arena Key of Memory guarantees a starting point of wave 100. This gives you a significant advantage over those who begin at wave 0.

Why Use the Arena Key of Memory?

The Endless Arena is all about pushing your limits and climbing the leaderboards. The Arena Key of Memory allows you to skip the early, easier waves and dive straight into the challenging later stages, where your skills and build are truly tested. This is a valuable tool for experienced players who want to optimize their runs and compete for the highest scores.

So, the next time you conquer the Monolith of Fate, keep an eye out for the Arena Key of Memory. It might just be the cheat to the top of the leaderboards in the Last Epoch Arena!
