Arcade mode is generally the least frustrating mode, and can have a major effect on one’s speed and stamina, almost like running on a treadmill.
Practice arcade mode a lot if you want to get better at the game.
The way to speed up tiles in Rush mode is simply to play for longer and longer. The speed will increase gradually.
The tile speed option changes the speed that the tiles scroll at in zen mode or in rush mode.
Smoother option makes it easier to see the lines in between the tiles.
