Following these steps will enable cloud saves for any game that supports cloud saves. Unfortunately, as far as we can tell, there is no way of knowing which games support cloud saves and which games don’t. For the most part, you’re going to have to install the game on two computers and try it out.
We do know, though, that all Ubisoft games should support cloud saves. These work through UPlay, which seems to support the feature on all Ubisoft titles. Looking through each game’s store page on the Epic Games Store won’t tell you if it supports cloud saves (for the most part), neither will clicking the three dots attached to a game. The community has worked together to put together a list of cloud save compatible Epic Games Store games, which you can see right here. It’s not 100% accurate, but it does tell you of at least some games that allow cloud saves on the platform.
Thankfully, the Epic Games Store refund option is very good. If cloud saves are a deal-breaker for you, you can get a refund for the game, if you act quickly enough. Simply install the game on two computers and try it out. If it doesn’t have cloud saves, simply ask for a refund. You have 14 days to get a refund from purchase, so act quickly.
