Nintendo has announced a special Pokemon Sword and Shield promotion that awards players free Galarian Pokemon and tons of items via the Mystery Gift system. This content is the same regardless of whether you own Pokemon Sword or Pokemon Shield on Nintendo Switch, and can be claimed on a weekly basis starting now through June 18.
