As we all know by now, Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 has been delayed time and time again, but it now should begin on June 17, 2020. With it on the way now, of course, you want to know what the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 leaks are. Read on to find out what’s been leaked so far for the Chapter 2 Season 3 of Fortnite. Below, we’ll let you in on all Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 leaks so far and tell you everything we’ve found out about the game’s upcoming Season online.
All Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 leaks so far
One of the main ways in which Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 changes over Season 2 is the map. We’re not expecting a full new map, as we received with the launch of Chapter 2, but one that is at least partially underwater. Thanks to various leaks we know that the Chapter 2 Season 3 map will be plunged underwater to some extent. This was originally teased back when the PlayStation Store icon leaked in early June, as reported by reliable leaker HYPEX.
Thanks to a further leak from StonewallTabor (explained via this ShiinaBR tweet), the map will be covered in water, with a number of islands dotted around, but the amount of water will reduce over the course of the Season. This means that there will be less water covering the Chapter 2 Season 3 map at the end of the Season than there will be at the start of the Season. The same leak, too, suggests that we will get the Flare Gun as a new weapon or item. This was first shown to us in a Season 9 trailer.
New Skins, New Battle Pass, and more
Not much is known about what else will change in Chapter 2 Season 3 of Fortnite. Of course, though, new skins will release. We know, for example, that the Loserfruit skin should be released on June 16, 2020 (thanks to FortTory for the heads up). Other than that, though, we can’t say for sure what else has been leaked. According to RealSport101, however, a “Female Black Knight” skin could be on the way, along with various other skins and emotes tying into the more nautical theme of the new Season. A potential Aquaman skin, anyone?
On top of it all, there will be a new Battle Pass and new Challenges to complete. With Epic Games being stricter these days, it’s harder to find reliable leaks and data mines than ever. Thankfully, we won’t have to wait long for Chapter 2 Season 3 to begin and find out all about it.
