OlliOlli includes five levels, each with Amateur and Pro options. The only way to unlock the Pro levels is to achieve all five goals for the Amateur levels. Listed below are all courses in the game and the requisite goals for each.

• 14K Maxi-Combo: Get a combo of 14K
• It's the Five-0: Do a Five-0 Grind
• Tear it Up: Collect all the grind markers
• x5 Combo-Tastic: Land a x5 combo

• 50K High-Score: Get a score of 50K
• 10K Maxi-Combo: Get a combo of 10K
• Flip Out: Land a kickflip
• Double Perfectionist: Land 2 perfect tricks
• Perfect A Grind': Pull a perfect grind

• 60K High Score: Get a score of 60K
• 30K Maxi-Combo: Get a combo of 30K
• SprayDay: Collect the spray cans and finish
• Bad Air Day: Gap the first handrail
• Don't Push Me: Only push twice

• 70K High-Score: Get a score of 70K
• 35K Maxi-Combo: Get a combo of 35K
• Road Closed: Grind the road closed sign
• Spray Can Grab: Grab all the spray cans and finish
• Fast Score: Score 5K in the first 200m

• 40K High-Score: Get a score of 40K
• 15K Maxi-Combo: Get a combo of 15K
• Total Perfectionist: No sketchy or sloppy landings
• 1K Threshold: No trick or combo under 1000 Points
• My Precious: Grab the spray cans and finish

• Can It: Collect the two spray cans and finish
• Don't Push Me: No push allowed
• Combo Harvester: Land a x10 combo

• Locksmith: Pull five perfect grinds

• Over 18s Only: Land an x18 combo
• Tricksy: Land a Backside 360 Shove-it

• Got It On Lock: Lock 10 grinds

• Parasol Bounce: Gap the restaurant tables
• Nose to Tail: Do a Noseslide and a Tailslide
• Combo Machine: Land a x20 combo

• 150K High-Score: Get a score of 150K
• 80K Maxi-Combo: Get a combo of 80K
• Monument Steps: Grind the three blocks
• Salmon Rush Day: Grab all the fish and finish
• Tech Combo: Pull an Inward Heelflip to Tailslide

• 180K High-Score: Get a score of 180K
• 90K Maxi-Combo: Get a combo of 90K
• Rippin: Finish with 10K score, no grinds
• High Roller: Grind all the green roofs
• Heavy Rotation: Land any 540 spin

• 200K High-Score: Get a score of 200K
• 150K Maxi-Combo: Get a combo of 150K
• Locked On: Do five perfect grinds
• Tech Combo: Pull a Frontside 360 Shove-It out of a Noseslide
• Double Bangers: Land two combos, both over 30K

• 220K High-Score: Get a score of 220K
• 140K Maxi-Combo: Get a combo of 140K
• Minimal Grinds: Don't grind (sorry)
• Tricky Combo: Grind the tricky roofs
• Ninja Skillz: Finish in one combo. Score 500K. Be a ninja.

• Tech Combo: Pull a Laserflip out of a Five-0

• 2x Technical: Land an Impossible, twice!

• Gap the Bunker: Grab the gap marker
• Nuclear Waste: Collect the uranium rod and finish
