How do you sabotage doors in Among Us?

How to sabotage doors in Among Us

To sabotage doors in Among Us, first, use the sabotage skill to bring up a map of the current level. Locate a door that you wish to close and then select the red “X” symbol to seal that door shut for 10 seconds. Any additional doors with access to the room will also close, presenting you with a short window of opportunity to kill any trapped targets and make your escape.

Naturally, the sabotage skill must be available to you and not on cooldown in order to close doors in Among Us. The sabotage skill has a 17-second cooldown period, so try not to waste it, or else you might miss the perfect opportunity to close doors using sabotage and eliminate other players.

How to close doors using sabotage in Among Us

  1. Ensure that the sabotage skill is off cooldown.
  2. Use sabotage to bring up a map of the level.
  3. Locate the door you wish to seal and hit the red “X” symbol above it.
  4. That door and any other doorways leading into the selected room will be sealed for 10 seconds.

While sealed rooms are a great place to score stealthy kills, just be sure to get out of there using a vent before you’re discovered alone with a dead body. It’s a little sus if we’re honest.
