A new Fortnite Ghostbusters Bundle has been leaked thanks to a datamine following its latest update. It appears as though not one, not two, but three Ghostbusters Bundles may well be coming to the game, seemingly bringing themed Gear, Crew, and Patrol Skins to the battle royale. Is the Ghostbusters Bundle in Fortnite worth it, though? Here’s everything there is to know about the new Bundle/Bundles, including what they might include and what their price should be.
How to unlock the Fortnite Ghostbusters Bundle
The newly datamined Ghostbusters Bundle/Bundles in Fortnite will likely have to be bought for a relatively large sum of V-Bucks.
As the Bundles have yet to be officially revealed by Epic Games, though, it is currently unclear exactly what’s included in them and how much they will cost. As of writing, little is known about the seemingly upcoming Fortnite X Ghostbusters crossover, though this guide will be updated as more information is revealed.
How much does the Fortnite Ghostbusters Bundle cost?
Based on the prices of previously released themed crossover Bundles, it’s safe to say that the Ghostbuster Bundle price will be anywhere between 1,500 V-Bucks to 2,500 V-Bucks.
The bundle will include the following cosmetic items:
- Ghostbusters Gear
- Ghostbusters Crew
- Ghostbusters Patrol
Gear Bundles tend to cost around 1,500 V-Bucks, whereas Skin Bundles can cost around 2,500 V-Bucks. The Batman Caped Crusader Pack, meanwhile, cost players $15.99 from the Cash Shop. It could end up similar to at least one of the Ghostbusters Bundles.
Should I buy the Fortnite Ghostbusters Bundle?
It all depends on how much the player likes Ghostbusters. Seemingly, three Bundles based on the comedy horror film franchise will be added to Fortnite. There is supposedly (H/T: iFireMonkey) one Achievement/Legacy players can earn from owning the Ghostbusters Bundles. The “I collect Spores, Molds, and Fungus” Achievement/Legacy should be awarded to players picking up a Foraged Item while wearing a Ghostbusters Outfit/Skin.
The Fortnite Ghostbusters Bundle is all up in the air right now. Nothing is known about what’s included in the seemingly three different Bundles. It would appear a new Skin, at least, is a part of it all thanks to the leaked Achievement/Legacy, however. What’s going on with the iOS version of the game, meanwhile, suggests it won’t be available in that version of the game. Hopefully, too, the Ghostbusters Outfit doesn’t ruin battle royale games like Wolverine did.
