What to do with Acorns in Animal Crossing: New Horizons

Acorns are a seasonal item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the September update, and they’re used primarily for crafting. They can be used to create everything from leaf piles to toys and even an unusual handbag.

Since you won’t be able to get Acorns whenever you like, it’s best to start harvesting them before the fall season is over. To start collecting some, try shaking Oak Trees. It’s the same thing you’d normally do to find branches, or to get Pine Cones from Pine Trees.

Once you have a few Acorns in your inventory, you can begin crafting whatever items you like. Here’s a look at all of the different Acorn crafting recipes in the game.
