Watch Dogs: Legion - How to change hair style

Watch Dogs: Legion | How to change hair style

As with past series entries, Watch Dogs: Legion puts a strong emphasis on character customization. There are plenty of clothing items and accessories to unlock, from outfits to masks and more. After all, any good career criminal must look as menacing or dangerous as possible. But is there a way to change your hair style? Or are you stuck rocking the default look for the entire game?

How to change your hair in Watch Dogs: Legion

There is no way to customize your hairstyle in Watch Dogs: Legion. Instead, you can assume control over one of the game’s many different NPCs. In a sense, you can change your hair by changing your character entirely.

Sadly, this is the only way to adjust your hair style. Dig through the menus all you like, but you won’t find an option to change your ‘do. There’s no stylist, no barber, nor any back-alley rogue with a pair of scissors. The hair style your character has is the one they’ll be stuck with.

This will probably come as a disappointment to most players. And that’s especially true considering that many of the game’s various hair styles are just flat-out weird. The problem is compounded by the fact that NPC voices and appearances don’t seem to line up the way you might expect. Everyone looks and sounds just a little bit strange.

Fortunately, there are plenty of other ways to customize your character. By visiting a clothing store or the nearest DedSec safehouse, you’ll be able to customize your appearance with entire outfits, masks, and more. The options include choices for tops, bottoms, gloves, shoes, and all manner of accessories. Of course, depending on the mask you choose — take the pig mask, for instance — you may not be able to see your character’s hair at all. But in a game where the resistance must stay anonymous, perhaps that’s for the best.
