This quest is available after arriving at Skyhold and can be activated in the middle of the "From Ashes" quest line.  It's more of a approval building mission with Cassandra.





GAMER TIP: When you ask Varric for help he'll ask to tag along when you return to Cassandra I highly recommend letting him do this.
