Kennedy by Lee Harvey Oswald. Some players might wonder whether the use of that date has a deeper meaning, but as far as we can tell, it doesn’t.
How to find the safe house gate combo in Black Ops Cold War
Finding the clues needed to unlock the gate in the safe house is very easy. To the right of the gate, there’s a memo that says:

Players need to find these three Kennedy Assassination-related documents for clues to the gate code.
Clinical Record Location
This clue is the toughest to find. It’s in the blue-colored hallway past the gate. It’s on the right side and is somewhat obscured by the junction box beside it.
“..there is an entrance gunshot wound in the posterior cranium measuring 15mm x 6mm. Radiating from the wound are multiple fracture lines, the longest of which measures approximately 19cm in length…”
Warren Commission Report Location
The Warren Commission report on Lee Harvey Oswald is directly in front of the gate on the ground.

Dallas News Article Location
The Dallas News article can be found in the darkroom located behind the evidence board.
“stationed by a window on the six flood of the Texas School Book Depository, the shooter fired three consecutive shots, killing the President of the United States…”
Placing the highlighted numbers from each document in the order given by the memo next to the gate provides the code: 11-22-63.
