The Cyberpunk 2077 The Gig job will see you being asked to collect your free reward from Cassius Ryder’s ripperdoc shop inventory. However, given that it isn’t clearly signposted which reward you are supposed to grab from the ripperdoc, it can be difficult to known how to collect your free reward. Here’s how to find it.
How to collect your free reward in The Gig
In order to collect your free reward, you must go to Cassius Ryder’s ripperdoc shop and select the “Let’s see what you have” option. From there you will be taken to a Cyberware menu that allows you to equip cybernetic enhancements to your character.
The free reward that you’ve been tasked with collecting is a cybernetic improvement for your hand. The upgrade is called ‘Tattoo: Tyger Claws Dermal Imprint.’
If you hover over the hand tab in the Cyberware menu, you will be able to see a list of available cybernetics you can equip. Equip the Tyger Claws Dermal Imprint and exit the menu.
After you exit the menu, the new Tyger Claws cybernetic implant will be equipped. This is the final part of The Gig job, so completing this task will conclude the mission.
The Tyger Claws Dermal Imprint allows you to use the smart-targeting module in Smart weapons, and directly links the user’s optical implant to the weapon’s system, offering real-time data tracking. The reward is common, so it’s not exactly a highly sought-after cybernetic upgrade, though it’s still available for free as part of this job and is worth picking up regardless.
