The Nioh 2 The First Samurai hot spring locations are for those who not only want a hot bath, but for those who also want to heal without going to a shrine. These hot springs are once in in this expansion, as was the case with the first two expansions as well. Bathing in all of them will unlock the “Spa Connoisseur” trophy. Here’s how to find all of the hot springs in the Nioh 2 The First Samurai DLC (and here’s the guide on how to find all of the Kodamas, the Grilled Tang Sweets, Mujina, and brushes).

Hot spring #1
The first hot spring in The First Samurai is quite easy to find. Go to the shrine near the final boss of the stage.
It’s on a very short path near that shrine. Walk in the direction away from the last boss’ door.

Hot spring #1
The first hot spring in the level is before the boss fight with the cyclops. Get to this crossroads and go right (not left toward the gate and cyclops) and watch out for the crab that pops up.
Go all the way up and take the path on the right side. Drop down two different ledges and keep going.
Keep going forward. Take a left by the big dead tree and go toward the blue torch and toward where the white arrow is pointing (which is where the hot spring is).
The arrow is pointing to a hot spring in a skull-like structure. Hop in.
Hot spring #2
These next hot spring is going to be near the shrine near the elevator that requires a key to open.
Go up the ladder to the right of the shrine and continue down that path.
Climb all the way up until there is a ladder in a small alcove outside.
Go up the ladder and continue the ascent until the ice room with the hard new yokai. Kill her.
Once defeated, summon the elevator but do not press down the button in the center. Instead, go around the button and dash off the edge onto a platform just below.
This will lead to the ledge in the above picture. Jump down.
Kill the enemies and take a bath in the weird, hellish hot spring.

Hot spring #1
The last two hot springs in In Search of the Elixir are in the gassy cave somewhat near the Kodama in the same area. The first in the area is near the green cauldron.
It’s the green pond right behind the green cauldron.
Hot spring #2
The last hot spring is in the area, too. Go to this area where the ladder to escape the cave is visible. Look on the left where the arrow is pointing. Go to that spot.
It’s another fake wall. Kill it or appease it with an emote. And go inside.
The hot spring is in that room behind the wall.
