The ACV 0x70000d03 error code is an online error, meaning that players can’t do much themselves. Since it is a server-related issue, this is on Ubisoft to fix. Thankfully, Ubisoft is aware of the issue and is investigating it, which means that players just need to wait to get their Godly Rewards. There’s no current ETA on when a fix is coming, but Ubisoft or the Assassin’s Creed account will likely send a tweet when the problem is all fixed.
Ubisoft did just release a hotfix, which should fix the problem for many people (just be sure to close the game entirely for the changes to take effect, but it seems like some are effected. Ubisoft is still working on a bigger fix.

These Godly Rewards are part of a gift Ubisoft is giving to the community. There are other ways to get opals, but they are still hard to come across so a gift like this is a welcome nod. The Godly Rewards pack also comes with the rewards from the Yule Festival that kicked off in December.
