Hood: Outlaws and Legends is an ambitious new multiplayer heist game that takes place within the world of Robin Hood. The many gameplay and cinematic trailers have piqued players’ interest, and naturally, got the attention of Xbox Game Pass subscribers. But, is there a Hood: Outlaws and Legends Game Pass release date on the horizon? Here’s the latest for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC users with an active XGP subscription.
Is Hood: Outlaws and Legends coming to Game Pass for Xbox consoles?
Hood: Outlaws and Legends could come to Game Pass for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles in the future. At the time of writing, there are no known plans for Hood to launch as an XGP title.
The game’s publisher, Focus Home Interactive, is an avid supporter of Microsoft’s Xbox Game Pass service and already has several games in the subscriber catalog. A Plague Tale: Innocence took around eight months to hit Game Pass after its initial launch, as an example, which could indicate a January 2022 Hood: Outlaws and Legends Xbox Game Pass release.
As it’s a multiplayer game, however, the publisher could look to give Hood a second lease on life via XGP at any time. Should the player base begin to fall, it could be a saving grace.
Is Hood: Outlaws and Legends coming to Game Pass for PC?
There could be a Hood: Outlaws and Legends Game Pass for PC launch at a later date. There are seemingly no current plans to have the medieval multiplayer game hit Xbox Game Pass on PC from day one, however.
Focus Home Interactive is a firm supporter of the PC Game Pass service, so it seems quite likely that Hood will eventually hit the subscription platform.
