Spider-Man: No Way Home Miles Morales

Is Miles Morales in Spider-Man: No Way Home?

Is there any sort of Spider-Man: No Way Home Miles Morales Easter egg or cameo in the latest Spider-Man movie? Miles is set to return to theater screens next year in the Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse animated movie and this movie almost certainly has far too many Spider-Men in it already, but is Miles Morales in Spider-Man: No Way Home — perhaps as a setup for a starring role in his own MCU movie trilogy?

Spoilers for Spider-Man: No Way Home follow!

Is there a Spider-Man: No Way Home Miles Morales cameo?

Spider-Man: No Way Home Miles Morales

Miles Morales does not directly feature in Spider-Man: No Way Home but is strongly teased, as he has been alluded to in previous movies. It is still entirely possible that Miles Morales may appear in live-action and even lead the next Spider-Man MCU trilogy too, despite not being introduced in this movie.

Towards the end of the movie, Andrew Garfield’s Peter Parker talks to Max Dillon/Electro (Jamie Foxx) who expresses regret that Spider-Man wasn’t a black man. Dillon then suggests that there’s “got to be a black Spider-Man out there somewhere,” which is clearly a tease towards Miles Morales. There is also an unnamed “MIT Assistant Vice-Chancellor” character played by Paula Newsome who plays a suspiciously large role for a character without a name, and who may well be Miles’ mother Rio Morales. Miles was actually referenced in Spider-Man: Homecoming, as Aaron Davis (Donald Glover) mentions his nephew — Davis is Miles’ uncle and actually becomes the super-villain Prowler, who was last seen in both Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse and the Spider-Man: Miles Morales game.

At the very least, Miles Morales will return next year in Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse Part One and in the Marvel’s Spider-Man II game. For more on Spider-Man, here’s whether or not Venom/Eddie Brock is in Spider-Man: No Way Home, and here’s how the new Morbius trailer hints that the movie will continue Spider-Man: No Way Home’s story.
