Quantum Break has a wealth of collectibles in the game, separated between quantum ripples, documents, intel, computers, media, and chronon sources. To earn 100% completion, you will need to gather every collectible.
Even though Jack's Time Vision power highlights interactable objects fairly well, it's very easy to miss some tablet that you may not see. This guide, split between five sections, will help you make sure that you collect everything on the first try instead of scrambling around.
Note: Of course, there will be minor spoilers if you read too far ahead. I've tried to make the descriptions vague enough so that it doesn't ruin the story. Also, some of the collectibles might be different depending on the choices you make at various junction points in the story.

Act 2/Part 1
1. Chronon Source 1/7 – Immediately after the first cut-scene, you can find this chronon source above two industrial fans.
2. Chronon Source 2/7 – Moving forward, you will find this Chronon Source in a warehouse of wooden slats (past the point where you learn about time triggers), close to a brick office in the corner that you'll need to fall into from above to proceed.
3. Ground Zero Map – After entering the area through the door in the brick corner office, this ground zero map can be found right before entering the next door. Make sure you examine the room thoroughly for all the narrative objects.
4. University Fallout – Past the door in the brick corner office, you'll find a laptop with this email from Martin Hatch.
5. Quantum Ripple – This is activated once you examine the objects in area past the door of the brick corner office.
6. Monarch's Witness Kill List – Once you enter the brick corner office and head through the door, this document is hanging on a billboard right next to the door.
7. Chronon Source 3/7 – This is one fairly easy to find. After ascending the freight elevator in the first firefight area, this chronon source hangs right within a horizontal beam.
8. RE:Ground Zero Operation – Once you roll into the room where you must rescue a civilizan that's about to be shoot, this email can be found at a laptop in the room.
9. Eye Drop Bottle – You'll find this eye drop bottle in the same room as the RE:Ground Zero Operation email on top of a ground zero map.
10. Chronon Source 4/7 – In the open area, you'll need to reach the open window above the door to move to the next area. Along the way, you'll need hop over several train cars to reach a hallway bridge between two buildings. But instead of going right on the bridge, head left. If you follow the path, you can eventually drop down into a closed off area with this chronon source right in the middle
11. Chronon Source 5/7 – Near the beginning of the area, you might be wondering how to get the chronon source in the locked room. You need to drop down from above to reach it. In the open area with the trains, there is a train car that you can ascend near the door to the next area. The Chronon Source described in the next paragraph can be found here, but if you continue walking done the high metal walkway and hop over some of the train cars, you'll eventually find the hole in the ceiling and can drop down.
12. Chronon Source 6/7 – In the open area with the trains, there is a train cart that you can ascend near the door to the next area. If you climb this up the right way, you can reach a metal overhang nearby. This chronon source is hiding right near the edge of this metal pathway.
13. RE: Jack Joyce - After heading through the open window into the warehouse, you can drop down into another well-stocked Monarch office. A laptop is here with this email on Jack's incident on campus in Act 1.
14. Internal Monarch Comms 1 – After heading through the open window into the warehouse, you can drop down into another well-stocked Monarch office. A radio here has this comms audio playing on a makeshift table.
15. Chronon Source 7/7 – Along the way through the drydock building, you'll come outside for a bit to an alleyway. Before heading through the door, there's a chronon source above the awning of the door. Get it before opening the door.
16. FWD: Monarch concerns - On the second floor of the drydock building, you'll find a “No Trespassing” metal gate buried in the corner where you can reverse time. Do so, and you'll be granted access to a Monarch alcove where you can find a laptop with this email from Charlie Wincott.
17. Internal Monarch Comms 2 – Next to the laptop with FWD: Monarch concerns (above) in the same Monarch alcove station is a radio with this comms.
Act 2/Part 2
1. Sofia Amaral's Chronon Presentation – After clearing the first area of enemies, head back to the starting point of the area. There will be a monitor on the wall with this video playing.
2. Chronon tech Phase 2 milestones – After clearing the first area of enemies, there is a laptop near the back part of the area next to a giant prototype with a lot of cyclindrical pylons coming out of it.
3. Chronon Source 1/7 – Once you ride the slabs up as an elevator to the next level, go down the nearby stairs. This Chronon source is hiding in the corner in an area blocked off by a gated fence.
4. Chronon Source 2/7 – Once you reach the second level, you'll be climbing over boxes and running around the perimeter of the room. As you follow this second-level around, you'll find an opening in the floor that will get you access to this chronon source. This opening is near a bunch of rusted intersecting pipes along the wall.
5. Trailer Note – After finding the exit from the first area, you'll drop down in an open field outside. A car is being used as a power source. In front of the car is this a note on this trailer generator.
6. Bobby Radford Riverport Radio Show – In the same car as the “trailer note,” you can turn on the radio station in the car to access this radio show. The show will change depending on your first junction point choice.
7. Chronon Source 3/7 – After finding the exit from the first area, you'll drop down in an open field with this Chronon source right on top of a four-light stand next to a Monarch vehicle.
8. MY SCREENPLAY!! – Next to the car in the open field is a trailer that you'll need to walk through. A laptop in the trailer has this email. Read it if you like hilariously terrible screenplays.
9. RE: Next Steps – Also in the trailer near the end is another laptop with this email on it. Read it to find out more about possible traitors in Monarch.
10. Chronon Source 4/7 – Once you're out of the trailer, you'll enter a dark warehouse with this Chronon source hiding in the corner.
11. Ground Zero Warning Sign – Upon defeating all of the enemies, including a new enemy type that can time dodge, you'll walk through a quarantine tent with this sign along the way.
12. Quantum Ripple – After the discovery of the lab workshop, you'll find a Rexes sign behind a chalkboard and next to set of stairs near the exit. Use time vision to locate it if you're. This should set off the quantum ripple. (Either that or this quantum ripple is automatic... not sure.)
13. TRESPASSER ALERT – Move through the linear level after the lab workshop, and you'll go through a set of narrow corridors with gated fences. A laptop with this email on it rests on top of a desk.
14. RE: Dr. Kim's lab and Serene's treatment – Eventually, you'll enter a quarantined area with sliding glass doors. In the main lab, you'll find a laptop with this email along with other narrative objects.
15. RE: Jack – Yet another laptop with another email in Dr. Kim's lab, this time being a correspondence between Fiona Miller and Beth Wilder.
16. Sudden Stop – In Dr. Kim's lab, you'll find this book on a gurney. Pick this up to unlock one of Paul Serene's diary entries.
17. Chronon Source 5/7 – Once you head out of Dr. Kim's lab, don't head to the next area just yet. Explore the area to the right a bit and you'll find this chronon source next to some graffiti of an elephant on the wall.
18. RE: Liam Burke's status – Now head back and through more quarantine tunnels. A laptop with this email can be found along the way, revealing Liam's involvement as a potential Striker agent for Monarch.
19. Chronon Source 6/7 – Upon exiting the quarantine tunnels, you'll come across another open field. You'll find this chronon source close by next to a set of barrels and a spotlight.
20. Liam Burke psych evaluation – In the same open-field area, you'll come across a black van with its back doors opened, with a tablet that has this email on it.
21. Nick Marsters (might change depending on junction point decision) – The open-field area ends fairly quickly and has Jack go through another series of quarantine tunnels. This email is on a tablet on a metal bench.
22. Chronon Source 7/7 – Next to the Nick Marsters email (above) and a set of ammo and weapons in case you need to restock is this chronon source hiding behind a set of lockers.
Act 2/Part 3
1. Chronon Source 1/5 – Once you're on the roof of the building, before scaling up through the open window, there is a chronon source on the roof past that. Collect it before moving on.
2. Chronon Source 2/5 – Near the taxicab at the front door of the building, you'll need to reverse time so that you can reach the roof. But before you reverse time, climb up the makeshift platforms first. This will lead to a room in the attic where this chronon source awaits next to a bookshelf.
3. Schrodinger Diary – Continue moving through the attic of the school and you'll drop down into a workshop lounge area. There are plenty of narrative objects sitting in the corner with this Schrodinger Diary being just one of them.
4. Riverport Discreet Moving Services Bill – Another document found in the same corner area as the Schrodinger Diary.
5. Bradbury Swimming Pool Deed - Another document found in the same corner area as the Schrodinger Diary.
6. Bobby Radford Riverport Radio Show – Next to the corner area with all of the narrative objects, you'll find a radio next to a stooled counter.
7. Chronon Source 3/7 – Next to the radio is a set of doors you can go open. Do so and you'll find this chronon source right above a table with a sink in its indent.
8. Chronon Source 4/7 – Before being prompted to press a button from Beth, you can search through the hallways for this chronon source which hides next to a free-standing ladder in one of the last rooms. Three colored cables runs toward the room.
9. Time Machine Room Map – After entering the lab near the end of the act, walk to the left-hand side of the room to find a makeshift office. This map is on a billboard nearby.
10. Physicist on the Rise Article – This newspaper clipping is right next to the Time Machine Room Map on a wooden table.
11. Countermeasure Schematics – Upon finding a lab near the end of the act, this countermeasure schematics is hanging to the right of the entryway next to a life ring on the wall.
12. RE: Where are you? - Near the Countermeasure Schematics is an old-school computer where you can read this email.
13. Time Machine Schematics – A little past the Countermeasure Schematics and RE: Where are you? email is a pair of boards with a bunch of schematics of the time machine.
14. Parents Killed in Riverport Car Crash Article – Near the Time Machine Schematics, there is an opening to another section of the lab. On another wooden table is this article clipping.
15. Chronon Source 5/5 – In the same lab section as the Parents Kills in Riverport Car Crash article is this chronon source near a metal workstation.
16. A Civilian's Guide to Time Travel – In the lab near the end of the level, this document is on a lone desk in the back left-hand corner of the room next to a set of wooden bleachers.
Act 2/Part 4
1. What happened to Dr. Henry Kim – From the starting point of the act, walk left toward Paul Serene's desk to find a laptop with this email from Sofia Amaral to Erica Cross.
