Quordle Answer 121: May 25, 2022 Word Solution

The Quordle 121 answer on May 25, 2022 has been solved, with the top-left word once again causing difficulty in today’s solution. This time around, the word has two double letters and is worthy of being in an SAT vocabulary list. We believe that’s good enough of a hint, really. If you need more help with this puzzle, we recommend that you check the complete solution after the header.

What is the Quordle answer 121? (May 25, 2022)

Quordle Answer 121

The Quordle answer 121 is:

  • “ALLAY”
  • “CRUST”
  • “QUITE”
  • “CLICK”

The first word will likely give you the most trouble out of the four, as it’s not the most common verb. Meaning to diminish or put at rest some fear, suspicion, or worry, “ALLAY” has a double “L” consonant as well as a double “A” vowel, both of which might trip you up quite a bit. Where “CRUST” shouldn’t be too difficult to figure out, “QUITE” and “CLICK” have the uncommon “Q” and “K” consonants, with “CLICK” having a double “C” that is unusual as well. Hopefully, you won’t waste too many guesses working them out.

As opposed to classic Wordle, Quordle gives you three more tries so that you can determine the three extra words in each quadrant. What may seem impossible at first to a beginner becomes less difficult if you choose to input three separate words at the start of the puzzle with all unique consonants and vowels. If you catch all the vowels, even better. That way, by the fourth guess or so, you’ll have plenty of letters confirmed in the green or yellow to work with.
