Sid Meier’s Civilization VI How To Change City Name

We are sad to report that the v1.0 build of Civilization VI doesn't include a way for you to change the name of a city. This was confirmed via an official live stream on launch day.





The good news is that this functionality is confirmed to be coming in an upcoming patch, which could arrive within days or weeks. Stay tuned!
