The BioBlaster Machinery is one of the first machinery weapons you can get early on in the game. It’s a heavy gun that can unleash a powerful poison mist upon enemies.
In order to obtain this weapon, first travel to the “Keycatrich Ruins” dungeon within the region of Leide. One of the early story missions will eventually take you to this location.
Directly outside the entrance, there is a small cliff to the left which you can jump onto. The Bioblaster Machinery is hidden in the corner of this small cliff. Both Noctis and Prompto are able to equip this weapon. Be careful when you use the Poison Mist secondary attack and make sure your party members don’t get caught up in it.
This weapon can later be upgraded by finding weapon parts and other items for Cid at Hammerhead. You must initiate the quest to find parts through him.
