Gundam Evolution Error Code 503

Is There a Gundam Evolution Error Code 503 Maintenance in Progress Fix?

If you’re trying to play Gundam Evolution right now, you’ll see an error code 503 and that there’s maintenance in progress. Unfortunately, there’s not a fix for it because the game isn’t actually online yet. Instead, it’s just available for preload ahead of the official launch date.

Why am I getting an error code 503 in Gundam Evolution?

Gundam Evolution Error Code 503 Maintenance in Progress

You’re getting an error code 503 in Gundam Evolution because the servers aren’t online yet. Installing the game only preloads it, but it won’t be available to play until September 21 at 7 p.m. PDT/10 p.m. EDT. So, the fix is to wait until that time and launch the game. It should then work as expected.

This whole thing is so confusing because it’s a free-to-play game. For whatever reason, it doesn’t seem like there’s a way for the developer to allow players to preload a F2P game and still keep the unlock timer on the store page. So, when you download Gundam Evolution, it appears as though it’s a released game.

Error code 503 will likely be used for maintenance periods in the future. So, if you’re trying to play the game after the above date, then assume the servers are down for an update and check back a few hours later.
