Zelda: Breath of the Wild 3 Ways To Get New Armor





There are a wide range of armors to find throughout your journey in the Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild. These armors have a variety of stats, including different amounts of defense, and even additional attributes such as resistance to cold. Because of this it's a good idea to collect a variety of armor and use them when appropriate.



There are three main ways you will acquire armor, which include the following



Quests



When exploring the world don't ever hesitate to speak to NPC. Many times they will offer you a quest, and upon completion you will be rewarded with something. Sometimes that reward is armor. This is such the case for some of the best armors in the game, especially elemental resistance armor.



Treasure



You'll occasionally find armor in treasure chests. These are hidden throughout the game world and are usually difficult to find. Because of this, be sure to explore every corner of the shrines and even outdoor environments that you venture through. You never know what's around the corner.



Vendors



Some armor can be purchased from vendors. Vendors are usually located at settlements, although there are roaming vendors that are usually found next to livestock, and carry bags. They will request rupees for your purchase.
