disney plus stuck on loading screen logo fix

How to Fix Disney Plus Stuck on Loading Screen and Freezing After Logo

The Disney Plus stuck on loading screen and freezing after logo bugs are annoying for users of the streaming service, with it preventing them from watching films and shows such as The Mandalorian Season 3 Episode 1. The issue sees the Disney Plus logo screen that plays before each film and episode becoming stuck, with viewers unable to move beyond it and watch the video they’ve selected. Fortunately, there’s a fix.

Fix Disney Plus stuck and freezing errors

To fix both the stuck on loading screen and freezing after logo errors, you need to restart your browser and reload Disney Plus. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Press Ctrl + Alt +Delete to open Task Manager
  2. Select ‘Processes’
  3. Find your browser (i.e. Chrome) and select ‘End Task’ on all related processes

Alternatively, users cans manually scroll beyond the Disney Plus logo intro in its video player. Often, this will cause a second loading phase, righting the error in the process.

If you’re experiencing the issue on a mobile device or TV, then the same rules apply as above. Try closing the app and re-opening it, or scrolling beyond the intro screen in the service’s video player.
