Diablo 4 World Boss Not Spawning Ashava

Diablo 4 World Boss Not Spawning: Where Is Ashava in Open Beta?

The Diablo 4 world boss, Ashava, is not spawning or working correctly in the open beta. Many players have gathered at the boss’s spawn location at the proper time, only to find that Ashava doesn’t appear at all despite the timer saying that it will. Fortunately, Blizzard is aware of the issue and is looking into a fix, though we have a tentative reason why the Diablo 4 world boss isn’t showing up.

Why Diablo 4 world boss isn’t spawning?

The Diablo 4 world boss, Ashava, is not spawning in the open beta likely because of daylight savings time.

Adam Fletcher, the global community director for the Diablo franchise at Blizzard, stated in a tweet on March 18 that the Diablo 4 team is looking into the “world boss spawn issue.” Players on Reddit noted their confusion as to why Ashava isn’t appearing. He then tweeted about twenty minutes later stating that players should be seeing notifications about Ashava spawning on the hour.

A number of users have since replied to the tweet, believing that daylight savings time is the culprit because Ashava seems to spawning an hour later than previously scheduled.

It’s unclear if Blizzard will be able to update the world boss’s spawn times with the correct time for the rest of the open beta. Luckily, the notification system should provide the right countdown to when Ashava will spawn next.
