Final Fantasy 7 Ever Crises Closed Beta Test CBT

Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis Closed Beta Test: How to Sign Up for Android & iOS

The Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis closed beta test is finally ready for players to sign-up for mobile. FF7 Ever Crisis is an upcoming free-to-play mobile game that combines various FF7 games together in a compilation. It includes the Final Fantasy 7 Remake as well as Crisis Core, Dirge of Cerberus, Before Crisis, and Advent Children. As revealed during the 2023 Summer Games Fest, pre-registration for the FF7 Ever Crisis CBT will be available from June 8, 2023 to June 28, 2023. Here’s how to pre-register for the beta now, so that you have the change to get in as early as possible.

How to sign up for Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis closed beta test

The following are the steps you need to take to pre-register for the Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis closed beta test:

  1. Head to the official FF7 Ever Crisis website for pre-registration
  2. Select the Android platform for pre-registration. (At the time of this writing, the buttons to select the platform are grayed out with “Coming Soon”.)
  3. Follow the provided instructions by registering with your info for a chance to get into the closed beta test

Alternatively, you can also head to the Google Play Store on Android and find an entry for Final Fantasy VII: Ever Crisis. Here, you can effectively pre-register so that the game will automatically install when it’s available. This will also give you the opportunity to be selected for the CBT.

The CBT is open on Android for compatible devices with Android 8.0 or later. It will be tentatively available from July 6 to July 13, with specific dates to be revealed on the game’s official Twitter and Facebook pages. The game will require at least 8 GB of free space, so make sure you have enough space on your phone before installation.

Is Final Fantasy 7 Ever Crisis closed beta test available on iOS?

It’s unclear if there will be a closed beta test for the game on iOS platforms, but it doesn’t seem likely from the looks of it. The best chance for this to be announced would be after the CBT for Android, so there’s still a slim chance that it could happen.

We’re still unsure what the game’s release date will be, but we hope that it will be announced close to when this closed beta test ends. While FF7 Ever Crisis is slated to release on mobile, it may also be possible that it will eventually receive a port on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
