Diablo 4 Conceited Aspect Not Working Broken Bugged Bug Fix Glitch

Diablo 4 Conceited Aspect Not Working: How to Fix Broken, Bugged Effect

The Diablo 4 Conceited aspect is not working according to many players who believe it is broken or bugged. Since the Conceited legendary aspect increases the damage a character does when there’s a barrier in effect, it comes highly recommended for numerous endgame builds for Barbarian, Necromancer, Sorcerer, Rogue, and Druid. Barriers are fairly easy to apply for all classes with skills or other aspects, so getting a flat damage bonus on top of that is fantastic. But many users have tested this aspect and believe that it actually isn’t working. Here’s whether there is a fix for this Conceited aspect bug and if there’s a workaround for it in Diablo 4.

How to fix Diablo 4 Conceited aspect

To fix the Diablo 4 Conceited aspect, we recommend testing your build to see if it’s not working with other items, like the Temerity unique pants, before removing the aspect altogether.

According to multiple users on Reddit and on the official Diablo 4 forums, the Conceited aspect is indeed broken and bugged. Blizzard has yet to address this with a patch or hotfix, despite this being reported close to the game’s launch.

That said, the reason why Conceited aspect isn’t working is unclear. It seems that it might work for some classes like the Sorcerer, particularly by using the Blizzard ability to test the damage numbers. However, one user who extensively tested the aspect with a rogue states that it does nothing when the Temerity unique pants are also equipped for some reason. So it looks like there may be some strange interaction between skills or abilities that isn’t working properly.

If you find that this aspect doesn’t change the attack power for your character, it’s better to replace the Conceited aspect with something else for now until Blizzard acknowledges this bug. There are many other ways to apply damage bonuses using the slew of aspects in the game, so it’s rather easy to work around this issue.
