Naraka Bladepoint Free to Play F2P Ranked Play Lobby Chat Unlock

Naraka Bladepoint Free to Play: When Do Ranked Play and Lobby Chat Unlock for F2P?

Naraka Bladepoint free-to-play unlocks for ranked play and lobby chat works differently than the base game. This is why some players may be confused as to when both features unlock. Those who have purchased the Standard, Deluxe, or Ultimate Edition of the game will have ranked multiplayer and lobby chat unlock earlier than those trying it for free now. Here’s when they become available in Naraka Bladepoint for F2P players.

How does Naraka Bladepoint ranked play and lobby chat unlock for F2P?

For Naraka Bladepoint in free-to-play, lobby chat is unlocked at Level 20 and ranked play is unlocked at Level 50.

This is opposed to the standard versions of the game where lobby chat is unlocked at Level 5 and ranked play is unlocked at Level 20. Developer 24 Entertainment most likely changed this to make sure that free-to-play players don’t clog the chat room and multiplayer modes. This is despite many players being frustrated that a lot of multiplayer matches are full of bots.

Free-to-play players are also limited in other ways. They can join lobbies, but they’re not allowed to create them. They also can’t earn more than 35 Hero Coins per week. Since 100 Hero Coins are needed to unlock other heroes, beyond the starting ones of Viper, Tianhai, Zipin Yin, and Matari, it will take at least three weeks for F2P players to earn another hero. Otherwise, all players have access to every weapon, map, and modes, in addition to cosmetics, customization, and events.

Those who already own the game before the free-to-play will earn 300 Hero Coins immediately so they can purchase any heroes that they are missing. They will also get a certain amount of bonus gold depending on which edition of the game they bought, along with an exclusive avatar, a Viper Ning skin, and 10 Glory Chest Choice gifts. You’ll need to log in and claim these rewards by October 14.
