The first Sarmiento & Centella upgrade is in the Crown of Thorns and requires the double jump. Go to the area on the above map and activate the hidden statue, which is shown in the second picture. Quickly run to the gate it opens. Then make your way to the upgrade by double jumping up to the ledge and hitting the blue angelic mirrors.

Go to the Elevated Temples map with the Ruego Al Alba. Hit the angelic blue mirrors and follow the path upward. Continue forward to the next screen and then hit the next blue mirror and quickly switch to the Ruego Al Alba to slam down and break open the barrier to grab the upgrade.

Go to the top right of the Crown of Towers area. Use the statue to move the platform down. It’s on a timer, so you’ll have to go platform up above it fast enough to slam down with the Ruego Al Alba to break the barrier. The timing is very tight and you’ll need the double jump. The upgrade is just behind the barrier.
Blasphemous 2 Ruego Al Alba Upgrade Location 2
The second weapon upgrade is in Beneath Her Sacred Grounds and requires the double jump (the air dash makes it easier, too). Go through the passage on the upper right side of the area (aside from the teleporter at the bottom, it’s the only path on the right side). Platform all the way down using the proper abilities and the upgrade is at the bottom right room.

The first Veredicto upgrade is in the Sunken Cathedral. Use the statue to move the bell all the way to the right. Then go chase the bell to its new location and smash it. Jump down to the next level and the bell’s shockwave will have opened up a new path. The weapon upgrade is in there.

The second weapon upgrade is in the Elevated Temples area. It’s simple enough. Just hit the bell with the Veredicto and quickly get to the other side and hit the glass switch. The door will open below with the weapon upgrade.
