Phase 1

Giovanni’s second Pokemon will be Nidoking, Rhyperior, or Garchomp. Use the appropriate counters to defeat it. For example, if Giovanni sends out Nidoking, use a Water-type or Ground-type Pokemon. Phase 3
Giovanni’s third and final Pokemon will be Shadow Regigigas. Use a Fighting-type Pokemon to defeat it. Shadow Regigigas is particularly weak to Fighting-type attacks, so you should have no trouble defeating it with a strong Fighting-type Pokemon like Terrakion or Machamp.
