Unfortunately, you won’t know if the Regigigas you’re fighting in Pokemon Go is a shiny until you and your team defeat it. During the raid, the Pokemon you’re facing will always use the normal sprite until you move to the post-raid catching screen. So, while the chance of shiny encounters is much higher during a raid, you might have to burn a few remote raid passes before you get one.
