Best PUBG Sniper Rifle Tier List

PUBG: Best Sniper Rifle Tier List

Our PUBG sniper rifle tier list shows which of these powerful long-range weapons are the best. These guns differ from assault rifles and shotguns bringing a unique playstyle and approach to combat. All snipers operate using bolt-action mechanics, requiring manual reloading after each shot. They are capable of one-shotting enemies under specific conditions. Most snipers rely on scopes for accurate long-range targeting.

What are the best Sniper Rifles in PUBG?

PUBG has several sniper rifles, each with its characteristics and strengths. Sniper rifles are the undisputed kings of long-range combat. These weapons can take down enemies at incredible distances. Here are some of the main sniper rifles in PUBG:

S-Tier:

AWM: The undisputed king of Snipers. The AWM can one-shot kill to the head with any helmet level. Even two shots to the body with level 3 armor. It has incredible range and bullet velocity, making it perfect for taking down enemies from a distance. However, it is only found in airdrops, making it rare and difficult to obtain.

A-Tier:

AMR (Lynx AMR): Lynx AMR is the newest addition to the sniper roster. The AMR surpasses the AWM in damage, fire rate, and bullet velocity by a small margin. Its main selling point is its ability to penetrate vehicles and damage players inside. However, its ammo capacity is limited, and its recoil is higher than the AWM.

B-Tier

Kar98k: A classic and reliable Sniper. The Kar98k is a favorite among many players for its good damage, accuracy, and relatively fast bolt-action cycle. It can one-shot kill to the head with level 1 helmets and two-shot to the body with level 1 armor. It is widely available on all maps.

C-Tier

M24: The M24 offers high damage and bullet velocity with a faster reload time than the AWM. It’s available on most places on the map, making it a more accessible option. Its downside is slightly lower damage compared to the S-Tier rifles.

D-Tier:

Mosin Nagant: A powerful bolt-action Sniper with the highest base damage in the game. The Mosin Nagant can one-shot kill to the head with any helmet level at any range. However, its slow bolt-action cycle and lack of attachments make it less forgiving than other options. It is relatively rare.

F-Tier

Win94: A lever-action Sniper with a built-in 2.7x scope. The Win94 is a decent option for early-game or close-range sniping. Its damage is respectable, but its range and bullet velocity are limited. It is readily available on the Miramar map.
