How To Fix Helldivers 2 ‘Login Limit Reached’ Error

Helldivers 2 “Login Limit Reached” is a new error message discovered in the game after the recent update. Folks on PC and PS5 are encountering the issue and looking for a solution. Here’s how to go about fixing this problem.

Helldivers 2 “Login Limit Reached” error fix for PC and PS5

Currently, the only way to fix the “Login Limit Reached” error message is by waiting five minutes and trying to log back in again.

The issue persists because of faults in the game’s servers. Hence, there is little to nothing for players to do until the developer can fix the problems on its end.

These problems were supposed to be addressed with the update 01.000.008. However, fans soon realized that new error messages are much more prevalent now.

The game has been plagued with frequent crashes, a poor matchmaking system, and stability problems. The update claimed to fix three of the top crashes in the game, which include particle render crashes and ragdoll crashes. However, due to server issues, players may still experience problems in Helldivers 2, especially due to the login limit.

Due to the game’s massive success, it appears that the development studio could not allocate enough server capacity for the growing player base.

For now, the best course of action for Helldivers 2 players facing the “Login Limit Reached” is to simply wait a little while before trying to log back in. Hopefully the traffic will die down and more players will be able to successfully connect.

Here’s hoping the developer can come up with a more permanent solution as, at the time of writing, it’s about to be the weekend, the most popular time for gamers to be playing.
