We will aim to update this list at around midnight, or hopefully a few hours before that, in the Pacific time zone so that you have enough time to use the High Roller before it goes away. You can also look at the daily schedule of boosts to see if there are any HR boosts as well.
The x1000 multiplier for the High Roller boost is important for clearing milestones quickly. This is particularly valuable if there is a Sticker Boom so that you can gain event points quickly and grab as many 4-star and 5-star sticker packs as you can. Even if you have completed every milestone that you want, you can still use it during a Free Parking Dice event or getting lucky with the Go to Jail space to earn a lot of extra dice rolls.
