What is the Apex Legends Season 5 end date?

EA and Respawn Entertainment’s Apex Legends kicked off a new season of content today, most notably introducing an all-new playable Legend by the name of Loba. So, when is the Apex Legends Season 5 end date?

With the season having just kicked off, no official Apex Legends Season 5 end date has been announced by Electronic Arts or Respawn at the time of writing. Despite this, we can speculate that the Apex Season 5 end date will most likely occur in August. Updates typically occur on a Tuesday, so it could potentially be on or around Tuesday, August 18, 2020.

Each season of Apex Legends content is typically scheduled to last three months, though the development team has fallen behind schedule in the past. When you also consider the current circumstances forcing video game developers to work from home, do take this estimate with a pinch of salt as it could easily be subject to change.

Season 4 ran from February 4 to May 12, which is exactly 14 weeks. With Season 5 picking up right where it left off, the same cycle would indicate an August 18 end date and potential start date for Apex Legends Season 6. None of this has currently been confirmed, however.

  • Seasons typically aim to operate on a three-month roadmap.
  • Season 4 lasted exactly 14 weeks.
  • If Season 5 follows suit, it’ll conclude on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
    • Note: No official announcement has been made. Considering the current climate it could be subjected to delay.

While not set in stone, there’s no harm in playing safe and aiming to complete the Battle Pass for August.
