A fan-made mod of Half-Life 2, which adds a fresh coat of paint to Valve's beloved shooter, arrives on Steam tomorrow, and you can download it free of charge.
This Valve-sanctioned update, aptly titled Half-Life 2: Update, weighs in at 7GB and improves the game's visuals though enhanced lighting effects and environmental detail. A number of the original's in-game bugs have been squashed as well.
