Telltale Games Announces Partnership with Marvel for New Project

Telltale Games is currently riding one of the hottest hot streaks gaming has seen in a while. Two seasons of The Walking Dead, the crime noir setting of The Wolf Among Us, and their current series Tales from the Borderlands and Game of Thrones have the people behind the past few years at Telltale swimming in praise; yesterday, the Telltale team announced that they're getting their feet wet in a new universe.

Telltale Games announced via their official blog an “all-new partnership with the incredible team at Marvel Entertainment. We'll be teaming up on the development of an upcoming Telltale game series project set to premiere in 2017!”

That's right, Telltale Games is teaming up with Marvel. The studio didn't reveal any more information than that, which considering this is the first announcement isn't unusual, so there's no hints as of yet if this will be tied in to any particular comic book or cinematic universe, or if it will be something brand new.

Comrades, which characters or comics in the Marvel Universe deserve the Telltale treatment? Let us know!
