Capcom Plans to Release Street Fighter V This Fiscal Year

Capcom has softly upheld its "next spring" release window for Street Fighter V in its latest earnings report. The game will apparently release during this fiscal year, meaning that it will come before March 31, 2016.

Capcom hopes to hit a sales target of 2 million copies for the game by the end of the fiscal year, so we can expect Street Fighter V to come early next year (perhaps January or February) to give Capcom the best chance of meeting that goal.

Street Fighter V will release on PlayStation 4 and PC, forgoing an Xbox version, and will be running a public beta test to obtain player feedback early in the development process.
