Shiro Games has released a new trailer for Evoland 2, a game which takes players on an evolutionary journey through the history of video games. You'll start out with blocky old-school graphics and progress your way upwards, as demonstrated in the above video. You'll also dabble in all kinds of different genres and sub-genres from across gaming. Pretty cool, eh?
The original Evoland was a Ludum Dare winner back in 2012. (That's an independent game making contest. Solo devs have to get in there and make a game about a specific theme, and do so in less than 48 hours.) It went on to get a full, official release.
