Combat Evolves to 3D in Halo Anniversary

As PAX Prime opens in Seattle, WA, so does the coinciding "Halo Fest". Kicking off the weekend of Halo-related festivities is some news on Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, an HD remastering of the original Halo that spawned one of the most successful video game franchise in history.

According to developer 343 Industries, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary will feature stereoscopic 3D on the Xbox 360. You'll need a 3D TV and 3D glasses to take advantage of the added dimension.

This new old Halo joins Gears of War 3 as one of the few upcoming 3D-capable games available for the Xbox 360 this holiday season.
