Dragon Quest X Goes PS4; DQ Heroes II Has Multiplayer

In addition to the news about Dragon Quest XI going to PS4 and 3DS, Square Enix also revealed that the MMORPG Dragon Quest X will be available for the PS4. This makes it the fifth platform to hold the game, after launching on the Wii and then adding support for 3DS, PC, and Wii-U versions. Details about subscription fees and cross-platform play were not revealed, but are expected soon.

But what — and I can say this because God bless enthusiast press — super fricking excites me is the announcement of multiplayer for up to four players in Dragon Quest Heroes II. The sequel to one of PS4's — enthusiast heads-up here — best games will add what I saw as one of very few things lacking from the original. Dizzam. I totally finished that game and wrote a review here, by the way. Pfft.
