Xbox One Gets Two New Controller Colors

Microsoft has been active when it comes to Xbox One controller designs. You can currently purchase the controller in more than 10 colors, including the eye-grabbing Dawn Shadow Special Edition and simple yet elegant White. Apparently there's plenty of room for more, as Microsoft has just unveiled the next two controllers to join the collection.

The first new controller is simply called Red, and has a two-tone finish. It is very similar to the Gears of War 4 Crimson Omen controller, but without the game-inspired designs.

The second is called Green/Orange, and it's most similar to the Xbox One Limited Edition Halo 5 Master Chief controller. However, it's shed the camouflage designs for a flat military green with orange accents.

If you were an early adopter of the Xbox One you might notice some minor alterations of the controller in the image above. Microsoft revised the controller during 2016 to have easier-to-click bumpers, minor alterations of the triggers, as well as a color coded guide between the face buttons.

These controllers have a release date of January 31st at $64.99 MSRP.
