Medal of Honor: Warfighter Revealed, Coming This October

What's that you say? A Medal of Honor hasn't come out since 2010? Oh that's right, it's Call of Duty that comes out every year like Madden. Even then, it's been a long time so I wonder where the darn series is. Oh wait, there it is.

Next month's issue of the Official Xbox Magazine has revealed Medal of Honor: Warfighter, the latest and greatest from the veteraned series. Not only will it run on the same engine as Battlefield 3, but it'll be a continuation of the setting presented in the last Medal of Honor. Tier 1 Operators are back, and you can bet your boots that there will be some intense moments realized in the campaign mode. However, unlike the previous release the multi-player is being engineered by the main development team, Danger Close.

Metal of Honor: Warfighter is planned to release in October of this year, so it looks like Call of Duty won't have room to breathe for its second year in a row. Stay tuned for more details which are scheduled to be shown next month at GDC.
