Assassin’s Creed Facebook Page Updates With Snow, Hints At AC III

Ubisoft has updated the Assassin's Creed Facebook page with a timeline display, featuring the image above.

What does it mean? It means Assassin's Creed III is coming soon, with "a major announcement from Assassin's Creed is only days away." They community page managers have also advised eager fans to check the official Assassin's Creed site tomorrow.

With the next installment in Ubisoft's Action-Adventure franchise landing a little earlier this year on October 30th, these details are right on time. Kotaku is also reporting that a Best Buy employee sent them an image seemingly confirming the American Revolution setting, complete with an American Indian assassin.

The Facebook page runs a little deeper with "Julian Auditore" having liked the image and displaying an identical scene on his own Facebook page. Julian Auditore also has a small Arabic notation beside his name which reads "Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad" which translates to "Altaïr son of no one."
